Modular Wiring Option

Make your electrical items as modular as your room with our completely pre-wired plug together modular wiring system. This package is a complete UL listed heavy duty industrial modular snap together system. This is NOT like our rivals partially wired outlets with pig tails that require an electrician and extra components to finish the wiring. An ELECTRICIAN IS ONLY REQUIRED (not provided) to bring power to the breaker panel and make all connections at the breaker panel.     Comparison Tip: Watch out for cheap hollow core wood-type doors. These light-duty doors will not last and won't stop noise effectively.

  • Cleanroom Electrical Package

    Complete basic electrical package including 2'x4' LED light fixtures, outlets, switch, and breaker panel.

    Also includes post preparations, wall conduit, junction boxes, and cover plates.

    Not included: Ceiling conduit, or wiring.

  • RapidWall Post System

    The RapidWall Post System is our proprietary steel connection system that offers tight clamping between wall panels, concealing of electrical and other wires, and concealing of structural inserts. The system has the full flexibility of a non-progressive design allowing easy access to individual wall panels for replacement or configuration changes. The RapidWall post is made of heavy 20 gauge galvanized steel and is finished with a baked-on acrylic enamel paint. The design is ideal for ISO 7 & 8 cleanrooms. Upgrade to our CleanWall Ultra Post System for ISO 5 & 6 cleanrooms. The RapidWall post is used in our 1-hour fire-rated wall system option.

  • Custom Configuration & Approval Drawings

    The building includes your customized configuration, you decide where you want to place your selected options: ie doors, windows, outlets and AC. Approval Drawings are provided for you to review before we process your order.

  • Cleanroom Ceiling

    All components necessary for a complete 8 foot high suspended clean room ceiling. Heavy duty grade 1-1/2" steel T-bar grid with non-shedding cleanroom ceiling tiles. Includes gasket tape and tile hold down clips. Rated for ISO 5,6,7 & 8 cleanrooms.

  • Standard Plenum Design for HEPA Filters

    Standard 2 foot high plenum design. Design allows for Type 1) Single Pass air flow system. If temperature and humidity control are not required and the surrounding air quality is acceptable, a single pass design with transfer grilles placed low in the wall for exhaust to the outside can be used, and Type 2) Recirculation design allows easy control of temperature, humidity and room pressure, when designed with return air grilles and ductwork. For filtration use either FFU HEPA's or direct duct to HEPA system.

  • Steel Roof Deck with 20 PSF Maintenance Load

    20 PSF roof load design is 22 gauge corrugated steel B-deck with steel I-beams provided at 8'o.c. and supported by structural steel inserts with an anchor and bolted connection. Closure gaskets are provided to seal out noise and dust.
