This option changes the colors for the walls and trim. You decide the (1) Outside Wall Color (2) Inside Wall Color and (3) Which of these two colors will be your trim color.

    EXCLUSIVES: Diamond Coat 8 Mil vinyl wall finish, and ToughRock-FireGuard Moisture-Resistant type X Gypsum on both sides.

    Comparison Tip: Watch out for hardboard and polystyrene core panels. These do not meet the thermal barrier required by the IBC building code and may be unlawful to use in your state. We do not provide this construction for that reason. A minimum 1/2" gypsum is required with polystyrene walls; we use 5/8" gypsum for superior performance in all categories.

  • Steel Door

    Comparison Tip: Watch out for cheap hollow core wood-type doors. These light-duty doors will not last and won't stop noise effectively.

  • Basic Electrical Package

    Complete basic electrical package including 2'x4' LED light fixtures, outlets, switch, ac outlet and breaker panel.

    Also includes post preparations, wall conduit, junction boxes, and cover plates.

    Not included: Ceiling conduit, or wiring.

  • Custom Configuration & Approval Drawings

    The building includes your customized configuration, you decide where you want to place your selected options: ie doors, windows, outlets and AC. Approval Drawings are provided for you to review before we process your order.

    We will call you after you place an order to confirm your requirements.

  • Steel Roof Deck

    A corrugated steel roof is provided with closure gaskets to seal out noise and dust. This B-Deck is minimum 22 ga. to meet no-load roof requirements and is typically galvanized or primer painted gray. Optional mezzanine storage roof loads are available.

    NOTE: 2-wall and 3-Wall structures assume that your existing walls can be attached to, and can handle the applied loads from our roof. If this is not the case, please contact us for perimeter support steel options.

  • Higher Acoustical Ceiling

    All components necessary for a complete suspended acoustical drop ceiling with 2x4 mineral tiles and grid is provided. Optional 2x2 grid is available.

    Comparison Tip: Watch out for lower 8' wall panels and subsequently lower ceilings. This can create an uncomfortable tunnel effect in your office. With our 9' walls you achieve a preferred higher ceiling. This added height provides a more comfortable work environment.
